Simon completed our decking and fence modifications earlier this summer and it's completely transformed our garden space. From the get-go, he really listened to what we wanted to achieve and gave us some helpful advice, including what access and space he would need.
Quoted, organised the timber and got stuck in very quickly. Simon is incredibly committed to working hard, literally rain or shine and will take the time to make sure that the finish is excellent. In our case, decking planks were hand-sawed to fit around our fencing and any snagging was fixed without question. His experience as a carpenter is quite evident. Simon doesn't hesitate to address anything that he thinks will be a problem with a design, because his main priority is ensuring that you get a great product. Never met a craftsman that prioritises their customers satisfaction so highly.
